Retrocommissioning

Guardian offers retrocommssioning services that are designed to improve how building equipment and systems function together. Guardian focuses on the buildings HVAC equipment, seeking problems that occurred during design or construction, or issues that have developed throughout the building’s life as equipment has aged, or as building usage has changed. Our engineer will provide a report detailing our findings, along with a corrective action log that Guardian can implement.
